North Kansas City administers an anonymous survey to a statistically significant random sample of its population to better understand our community's level of satisfaction or dissatisfaction with city services as well as their priorities for improvement.

These surveys are administered by ETC Institutes, a nationally recognized public sector satisfaction survey company.
