East wall of Exltube Bay 4 Building, located on Burlington around 10th Avenue.

"Power of the Titans" by artist Andrei Krautsou features historic imagery honoring North Kansas City's industrial and railroad heritage. The artist incorporated iconic imagery from both North Kansas City and Exltube's history.  Krautsou also wove in a graphic blue line which goes across all the mural - illustrating the configuration of the Missouri River as it defines NKC's southern boundary.
