The Finance Division provides internal support services, administration and management and external customer service for all areas of the City’s finances, cash management and utility billing. The Finance Manager plays a key role in the preparation and administration of the City’s budget. The Finance Manager provides oversight and compliance with federal, state and local statutes, regulations and codes to ensure the City’s accountability and prudent use of public funds. The department maintains internal controls and procedures for the safekeeping of assets, investments, efficient collection of City revenues, timely vendor payments, efficient procurement and timely utility billing services.
