Macken Park Reservations

These rules apply to all users of the shelters, both those who make a reservation and those who use an unreserved shelter in a walk-up capacity. Shelters may be reserved one year in advance.

All reservations require a $50 refundable deposit. The deposit will be refunded if all shelter rules are observed during the reservation. The rules will be posted at the shelter, online and provided to you when you make your reservation.

All reservations must be made in person at the Parks and Recreation Center located at:

Monday - Saturday: 9am - 5pm.

Available reservation times are now designated as follows: 8am - 12pm, 12:30pm – 4:30pm, 5pm – 9pm. The Festival Shelter will no longer be available for walk-up use. Reservations are required.

All shelters must be cleaned up and vacated at 9:00 pm. Anyone violating any of the rules will be asked to leave the premises. If you do not vacate the premises, you may be subject to prosecution for trespassing. This applies to reserved and walk-up users.

Macken Park Field & Court Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued if the rental party cancels rental. If the rental party wishes to change their rental date or time there is a $25.00 Administrative Fee. If the rental party is unable to use the field due to inclement weather, they will have 24 hours to contact our office to reschedule their rental within a two-week period. If the rental is not rescheduled or used, they forfeit their rental fee.

Baseball/Softball Fields

Field Rentals must be rented in a 2-hour window and multiple rentals can be booked simultaneously.

Diamond #1

Stadium style, high school regulation ball field with seating, backstop, home run fence, and foul ball poles. Bases can only be set at 90'. Can only be rented to teams 16 years and older.

• Rental Fee: $150 for first 2 hours, includes field, field prep (only available for games) and lights.
• Rental Time: 2 hour minimum, $75 for each additional hour

Diamond #2

Full sized field with backstop, no home run walls. Bases can be set to 50, 60, 65, or 90'. 

• Rental Fee: $80 includes field, field prep (only available for games), and lights
• Rental Time: 2 hour minimum, $40 for each additional hour

Diamond #3

Full sized field with backstop, no home run walls. Bases can be set to 50, 60, or 65'.

• Rental Fee: $60 includes field, field prep (only available for games), and lights
• Rental Time: 2 hour minimum, $30 for each additional hour

T-Ball Field

Full sized t-ball field with backstop and no home run walls. Bases can be set at 50'.

Tennis Courts

Six regulation tennis courts and nets. Brand new resurfacing. Fencing around all six courts.
